Britt currently runs A Full Bite Nutrition, a multi-state private nutrition practice that embodies a weight-inclusive perspective towards health. Before establishing her nutrition practice, Britt spent two decades operating Britt Richardson Fitness, where she trained individuals of all ages, imparting invaluable insights on holistic well-being. In her versatile journey as a fitness pro, she held certifications in CrossFit, Stott Pilates, Barre, Zumba and Group Fitness.

But life is not just about the gym and kitchen for Britt. She’s also the leader of Vermont’s Body Liberation Hiking Club. Together with her fellow outdoor adventurers, she meanders through the Green Mountains, embracing the majestic beauty of nature while fostering a liberating spirit of body acceptance and empowerment.
